Fully Equipped Dining Areas
The home operates a no-smoking policy indoors. There are seperate dining rooms for the use of all residents. Meals may also be taken to residents rooms on special occasions. Private parties can be arranged on request.
We offer good, balanced, home cooked food and we can cater for special diets. Drinks are always available all through the day.
Leisure
Newspapers and mail are delivered daily, clients can also ask for their own newspapers. The home hosts an abundance of reading material, mostly available in large print and the mobile library is available on a regular basis.
Social activities including crafts, visiting entertainers and outings are organised regularly. Families are encouraged to play an active part in these events. Residents meetings are held to help decide what events should take place.
Residents have their own social fund to with they contribute £1 per week. They decide how this fund is to be used for the social benefit of all.
