Holme Farm Residential Home is a purpose built, single storey building with no stairs or steps ensuring easy access to all. We can accomodate up to 30 residents.

Families are encouraged to visit regularly and use the home facilities. Arrangements can be made to go out for the day to visit friends and family.

We aim to encourage a good communal contact with the village community.

We provide more than just basic support, our home is driven by the individual needs of our residents.
